Shipping Update for 2023 Sketchbooks

We are currently shipping out as many Sketchbook A books as we can. Due to the printer errors we will be approximately 50 books short. We we are 110 Sketchbook B books short.
RESOLUTION
The printer has refunded us for the books that has bad margins and glue. We are reprinting the order through our regular printer. The downside is that while we received a refund, the new print run is costing us literally 3Xs as much. We are absorbing this cost, but do not have the budget to expedite the print run. It should arrive approximately 2 weeks from now.

If you also backed our current Kickstarter (ending today) and your order has not yet shipped, we will offer you FREE shipping. Please notify us ASAP and we will manually reverse the shipping cost for you. This includes international shipping.

If you only had the Sketchtember 2022 Booklet your order has been shipped.
If you didn't have any books, your order has been shipped.
the BAD
Well, that would be the 2023 Sketchbooks. They arrived with burn marks from the shrink wrapping, damage, inconsistent glue on books, and with misprinted margins.
Just a few examples of books received
Out of the 500 X-Men Cover, 2023 Sketchbooks we approved 300 for shipping. This is less than we need and the printer is reprinting 75 of the books and we are asking for a refund for the other books.
The Space Ghost cover: out of the 150 printed, only TEN were deemed okay to ship. We are requesting a full refund for those books.
the UPDATE
We will still print the 2023 Space Ghost cover, we hope with a different printer to ensure a higher quality and consistency.
The supervisor we need to speak with is out until Monday. We will be calling and will hopefully have an update by then. In the meantime, we are finally done counting and sorting sketchbooks and will start putting orders together today.
